Why does exercise feel so good?

Hi everyone, I've been trying to be more consistent with my exercise routine lately, and I've noticed something that I'm curious about. After a good workout, or even just a brisk walk, I often feel amazing – energized, happier, and less stressed. I was wondering if anyone else experiences this, and if anyone knows the science behind why exercise makes us feel so good? Is it just the endorphins, or is there something more complex going on? I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences. What kind of exercise gives you that feel-good boost, and what do you think contributes to it? Thanks in advance for sharing!

I started running recently and makes me feel the same way! Once I get over the excuses and finally do it I feel great!

Basically, when your body is not full of stuff and it is consuming everything you’re putting in it it operates much better and cleaner! When I try to take a run when I’m bloated with too much food, it’s nearly impossible. When I am slim and trim I can move and I’m happy And feel good. When I get depressed and start eating too much then I am a big loaf. Most people underestimate the value of exercise and forget how it feels to feel when you are operating like a perfectly running machine.
