I'm reaching out because I've been struggling with significant sleep issues lately, and I'm hoping to connect with others who might have experienced similar challenges or have advice to offer. I'm not sure if it's stress-related, a change in my routine, or something else entirely. I've tried a few things like making sure my bedroom is dark and quiet, and avoiding screens before bed, but nothing seems to be consistently helping. I watch Bill maher the other night ,a man on there claim that if you close your eyes and move them from left to right ,and did extra long exhaling you would fall asleep in minutes.
