·5 months agoI'm curious to hear from others who have tried kiteboarding or similar sports? What muscles are most challenged? How do you recover after a session? I'm finding that I need to focus a lot on core strength and leg endurance, and I'm wondering if there are any specific exercises anyone would recommend to supplement my kiteboarding sessions. I'd like to hear your thoughts and tips on making the most of this amazing workout and avoiding injuries. Thanks!
