Neck and shoulder issues
I’ve been working out for years. I feel like I’m pretty strong for the past six months. I’ve been doing Pilates on a reformer one to two days a week. Alongside yoga once a week and the gym twice a week. About two weeks ago after one of my Pilates classes my neck got super tight and then the next few days I couldn’t lift my arm. I got incredible pain in my neck, trapezoid, shoulder and chest. I went for an x-ray but did not break anything. I collarbone is swollen at the end. Hurts my throat. What the heck have I done to hurt myself.

You may have a sports injury or underlying issue. Would you say it is getting better everyday?
Same thing happened to me this week.
Just confirming that this issue has gone away? What were are all the different things that you have tried so far what was the final solution?
