I've been experiencing increasingly frequent and severe headaches lately, and I'm starting to feel quite concerned. They're not your typical tension headaches; these are sharp, throbbing pains, often accompanied by nausea and sensitivity to light. I've tried over-the-counter pain relievers, but they offer little to no relief. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced similar symptoms, and if so, what steps you took to find relief or a diagnosis. I'm hesitant to go to the doctor immediately as I'm worried it might be something serious, but the pain is becoming debilitating. Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking for any insights, even if it's just knowing I'm not alone in this.
